The appropriately titled "Feels a Lot Better" EP was released to coincide with our second tour of England. It was our first tour after a long hiatus from playing live shows and it was a welcomed return indeed.  Everything felt better. The record is a short collection of some different sounding stuff. A couple covers, an acoustic song, an acoustic song made into a full band song, and a reprise of an earlier song.  Interested? Confused? It's definitely a different type of record for us.  The song "How Far Is October?" features a looped section from "How Far Is Goodbye?" with new guitar tracks and vocals laid over it.  The untitled "Song 5" originally appeared as an acoustic number on 'The Way Back' project EP.

Gameface - "Feels A Lot Better" EP - Stopgap UK-only release from long-standing punkers "Released to coincide with their recent UK tour, ‘Feels A Lot Better’ finds these emotional pop-punkers in fine form and this five-track EP sees the quartet continue to hone the sparse sound that made their ‘Every Last Time’ opus such a classic. Every tune’s a winner here. From covers of Morrissey’s ‘Sing Your Life’ and Elvis Costello’s ‘Everyday I Write The Book’ to the caustic, angry ‘Song 5’. The only complaint that we have that it’s all over too damn quickly. An acoustic version of Gameface favourite ‘Angels On The Wing’ is almost worth the asking price alone and if you’re into your punk then you really should have at least one Gameface record in your collection. If not this is the ideal place to start."
